LOGAN DOG BOARDING
Does I need to provide food?
This is a great question! While your pet may take better to food brought from home, we do carry quality food for the animals in our Logan pet boarding facility and will feed them every morning and evening unless you instruct us to do otherwise! We also provide bowls for food and water so you don't have stress if you forgot your own at home!
Is there a way to check on my pets during their stay?
As an owner, you probably want to keep tabs on your pets during their stay. Here at Heritage Animal Hospital we have cameras located throughout most of our pet hotel so that you can check in on your furry friends. We currently have cameras located in four of four suites and our outdoor runs.
How far in advance do I need to call to reserve a spot?
Unless you're thinking of bringing your furry friend in for an extended stay or holiday, feel free to call a week before your pet is supposed to arrive! However, we'd suggest calling several weeks in advance if you're looking to leave over the holidays. These are the busiest time of the year, and our kennels, suites, and cat cubbies tend to fill up fast!
Can my dogs or cats share boarding space?
For many situations the answer is yes. We know that your pet's favorite friend is the one they spend the most time with at home! Give us a call to learn about rates for shared cat cubbies or dog kennels in Logan Utah.
Can my dog stay if they are in heat?
Unfortunately our facility set up does not permit us to safely house dogs if they are in heat.
What if my dog doesn't get along with other dogs?
We offer play alone opportunities for dogs. There is an additional $2/day fee for this service.
What if my dog isn't spayed or neutered?
If your dog is under 7 months of age they do not have to be spayed or neutered.
What if my pet is sick?
Due to the close proximity of our guests we are unfortunately unable to board any dog or cat that has signs of infectious disease. Among others these signs include coughing, diarrhea, and eye/nose discharge.
